"I made 3 times my goal in a single month."

I ended the year depressed, lost and uninspired. I had 10 paying jobs the whole year, and I wasn't sure what else I could do to make money. Throughout the Journey of Transformation, I found my passion again and became clear on what I wanted for myself and my family. I set a goal for myself to make a certain dollar amount. Merriliz asked us to dream bigger. So I did! And, last month I made 3 times my goal in a single month!

Not only has this journey helped me financially but mentally, physically and spiritually. As I move into the next chapter of life I know I have my ancestors, as well as my spiritual family to lean on for guidance.

Merriliz

After several trips to India and becoming certified to teach advanced yoga science, I followed my gut instincts and founded my own mindfulness business.

I went all in to help people access their inner intelligence through teaching the technologies of awakening and leading corporate mindfulness trainings.

But it wasn't always this way. 

Though I was making a big difference in the lives of many, I started to dip into my savings and totally fell into financial debt.  

I got lost in a belief that I was behind in life and in my career.  I was in deep comparison-mode, feeling less than others with higher income, and I got stuck in a mental cycle of guilt and shame for not setting myself up for financial success.

To the world it looked like I was crushing it, yet internally I placed my worth on how much money I had in the bank - and I was suffering.

I became very aware of self-sabotaging thoughts that kept me in a loop of unfulfillment. Using the tools from my trainings, I retreated to a place inside of me to dig deep for answers.

In my desperation to get unstuck, I completely surrendered,
... And I experienced breakthrough after breakthrough.

I saw how as a little girl I felt rejected for "playing big", for shining brightly, and I gave my power away to others to make decisions for me so that I would not risk feeling shamed.

As an adult capable of making big decisions, I unconsciously avoided them. This added to the feelings of unforgiveness toward myself for not fulfilling the high expectations I alone placed on myself; for not experiencing the success I knew I was capable of.

Experience the technologies of Dhyana (self-realization) Yoga to unlearn mental limitations that are at the root of you feeling unfulfilled.

Week 3 & 4

FOUNDATION

Our beliefs are developed from the time of conception up until age five.  Learn the 4 Baskets of early childhood, and lovingly observe the roots of what's blocking you from living in your highest potential

Side note: Everyone is doing the best they know how at the consciousness they're operating.  Forgiveness is freedom.

RELATIONSHIPS

Learn the Art of Listening.

Whether you’re in romantic partnership or not, become aware of the patterns that keep you from excelling forward, and release any emotional debris causing unnecessary rifts in every relationship - with your body, family, money, romance, the Universe.

“Relationships” was a big one for me - it lead me to reach out to my father after a 5-year fall-out and finally move forward.
